ఆగు అంటే కదలిక లేదా పని ఆగిపోవడం; కొంచెం సేపు ఎదురుచూడటం.

Aagu is the verb to stop or to wait: to come to a halt, or to hold on for a while.

అర్థాలు Senses

  1. కదలిక లేదా జరుగుతున్న పని ఆగిపోవడం.

    To stop or come to a halt. In a sentence it changes, for example ఆగింది (it stopped), ఆగుతుంది (it stops).

    • బస్సు ఇక్కడ ఆగుతుంది. — The bus stops here.
    • వాన ఆగింది. — The rain has stopped.

  2. కొంచెం సేపు ఎదురుచూడటం.

    To wait or hold on for a while; the command ఆగు means "wait".

    • కొంచెం ఆగు, నేను వస్తున్నాను. — Wait a little, I am coming.
