ఆడు అంటే ఆట ఆడటం, సరదాగా ఆటలలో పాల్గొనడం; అలాగే మాట అనడం.

Adu is the verb "to play": to take part in a game; it is also used in the sense of speaking, as in "mata adu".

అర్థాలు Senses

  1. ఆటలలో లేదా సరదా కార్యక్రమాలలో పాల్గొనడం.

    To play: to take part in a game or in fun activity.

    భూతకాలంలో ఆడాడు, ఆడింది, ఆడారు అని వస్తుంది.

    • పిల్లలు మైదానంలో ఆడుతున్నారు. — The children are playing in the field.

  2. మాట అనడం; మాట్లాడటం (మాట ఆడు అనే వాడుకలో).

    To speak or say, in the phrase "mata adu" (to say a word).

    ఈ అర్థంలో ఎక్కువగా ఒక మాట కూడా ఆడకుండా వంటి వాడుకలోనే కనిపిస్తుంది.

    • ఆమె ఒక్క మాట కూడా ఆడకుండా కూర్చుంది. — She sat without saying a single word.
