దీపం

దీపం అంటే వెలుగు ఇవ్వడానికి వెలిగించే సాధనం; నూనె దీపం, విద్యుత్ దీపం.

Deepam means a lamp, a source of light: traditionally a wick burning in oil, and also an electric light.
