ఇతిహాసం అంటే రామాయణం, మహాభారతం వంటి పురాతన కథాత్మక గ్రంథాలకు సంప్రదాయంగా వాడే పేరు; చరిత్ర అనే అర్థంలో కూడా వస్తుంది.

Itihasam is the traditional name for ancient narrative works such as the Ramayana and the Mahabharata; it is also used to mean history.

  1. రామాయణం, మహాభారతం వంటి పురాతన కథాత్మక గ్రంథాలకు సంప్రదాయంగా వాడే పేరు.
