ఇవ్వు అంటే ఒక వస్తువును ఇతరులకు అందజేయడం; అలాగే అవకాశం, సమయం వంటివి కల్పించడం.

Ivvu is the verb "to give": to hand something over to someone, and also to grant a chance, time and the like.
