నమలు అంటే ఆహారాన్ని నోటిలో పళ్లతో కొరికి నలపడం.

Namalu is the verb to chew: to grind food in the mouth with the teeth.

    To chew food with the teeth. In a sentence it changes, for example నములుతాడు (he chews), నమిలాడు (he chewed).
