తెలియు అంటే ఒక విషయం అర్థం కావడం, లేదా ఎరుకలోకి రావడం.

Teliyu means to be known: for a matter to be understood, or to come to be known.

    To be known; for a matter to be understood or to come to be known. It is used with the dative, for example నాకు తెలియదు (I do not know). The common positive form తెలుసు (know) is heard in speech. The word is given in its dictionary (stem) form.

    • ఈ విషయం నాకు తెలియదు. — I do not know this matter.
    • ఫలితాలు రేపు తెలుస్తాయి. — The results will be known tomorrow.
