తిరుగు అంటే గుండ్రంగా తిరగడం లేదా మరోవైపుకు తిరగడం; అలాగే ఇటూ అటూ సంచరించడం.

Tirugu is the verb to turn or rotate, and also to move about or wander from place to place.

అర్థాలు Senses

  1. ఒక అక్షం చుట్టూ లేదా ఒక వైపుకు తిరగడం; చక్రంలా గుండ్రంగా కదలడం.

    To turn, to revolve: to move round an axis or to face another way.

    • భూమి తన చుట్టూ తాను తిరుగుతుంది. — The Earth rotates on its own axis.

  2. ఒక చోట ఉండకుండా ఇటూ అటూ వెళ్లడం; సంచరించడం.

    To go about, to roam: to move around from place to place instead of staying in one spot.

    • సెలవుల్లో మేము చాలా ఊళ్లు తిరిగాం. — In the holidays we went around many towns and villages.
