అద్భుతం అంటే ఆశ్చర్యం కలిగించే గొప్ప విషయం, అసాధారణమైన విశేషం; నవరసాలలో ఒక రసం పేరు కూడా.

Adbhutam means a wonder or marvel, something extraordinary that causes amazement; it is also the name of one of the nine rasas of poetics.
