చరిత్ర అంటే గతంలో జరిగిన సంఘటనల వృత్తాంతం; ఒక వ్యక్తి లేదా ప్రదేశం గురించిన కథనం.

Charitra means history: the account of past events, or the life story of a person or place.

  1. గతంలో జరిగిన సంఘటనలు, వాటిని క్రమంగా చెప్పే వృత్తాంతం; ఆ విషయాన్ని చదివే శాస్త్రం.
