మారన సుమారు 13వ శతాబ్దపు తెలుగు కవి. మార్కండేయ పురాణము ఆయన ప్రసిద్ధ రచన; ఆయన తిక్కన శిష్యుడని సంప్రదాయం చెబుతుంది (సరిచూడాలి).
