త్రిపురనేని రామస్వామి చౌదరి 20వ శతాబ్దపు తొలి దశాబ్దాలలో జీవించిన తెలుగు కవి, నాటకకర్త, సంఘ సంస్కర్త. హేతువాద, బ్రాహ్మణేతర ఉద్యమ భావాలతో రచనలు చేసి కవిరాజు అనే బిరుదుతో ప్రసిద్ధుడయ్యారు; సూతపురాణం ఆయన పేరుతో ఎక్కువగా చెప్పే రచన.

A Telugu poet, playwright and social reformer of the early decades of the 20th century, known by the title Kaviraju for writing in a rationalist and non-Brahmin-movement spirit; Sootapuranam is the work most often named with him.

ఎవరు Who they were

త్రిపురనేని రామస్వామి చౌదరి 1887లో జన్మించి 1943లో మరణించారని సాధారణంగా చెబుతారు. కవిరాజు అని ఆయనను పిలవడం ఆనవాయితీ. ప్రముఖ రచయిత త్రిపురనేని గోపీచంద్ ఆయన కుమారుడని చెబుతారు.

Tripuraneni Ramaswamy Chowdary is generally said to have been born in 1887 and to have died in 1943. He is customarily called Kaviraju. The well-known writer Tripuraneni Gopichand is said to have been his son.

ప్రసిద్ధ రచనలు Best-known works

సూతపురాణం పురాణ కథనాలను హేతువాద దృష్టితో, వ్యంగ్యంగా చూసే రచనగా ప్రసిద్ధి. శంబుక వధ అనే రచన కూడా ఆయన పేరుతో చెబుతారు (సరిచూడాలి). కవిత్వం, నాటకాలు, వ్యాసాలు కూడా రాశారు; ఇతర రచనల వివరాలను సరిచూసిన తరువాత చేర్చాలి.

Sootapuranam is known as a work that looks at the stories of the Puranas through a rationalist and satirical eye. A work called Sambuka Vadha is also named with him (subject to verification). He also wrote poetry, plays and essays; details of his other works are to be added after checking.

తెలుగు సాహిత్యంలో స్థానం Place in Telugu literature

His writing, which questions the Puranas and inherited beliefs, is regarded as a leading example of the rationalist and non-Brahmin-movement strands in Telugu literature (an interpretive view; subject to verification).
