మానవతావాద సాహిత్యం అంటే మనిషి గౌరవం, కరుణ, సమానత్వం వంటి విలువలను ప్రధానంగా చెప్పే రచనలు. ఇక్కడ ఇది ఇతివృత్త దృష్టిగా మాత్రమే చూపబడింది; ఉద్యమమా అనేది సరిచూడాలి.
Manavatavada sahityam is writing that centres on values such as human dignity, compassion and equality. It is shown here only as a thematic lens; whether it is also a movement is subject to verification.
నిర్వచనం Definition
మానవతావాదం (హ్యూమనిజం) అంటే మనిషి విలువను, గౌరవాన్ని, శ్రేయస్సును కేంద్రంగా చూసే దృక్పథం. మానవతావాద సాహిత్యం అంటే ఈ దృక్పథంతో, మనిషి పట్ల కరుణ, సమానత్వం, సహానుభూతిని చెప్పే రచనలు.
Manavatavada (humanism) is an outlook that places human worth, dignity and well-being at the centre. Manavatavada sahityam is writing that speaks, from this outlook, of compassion, equality and fellow-feeling towards people.
లక్షణాలు How to recognise it
తరచు కనిపించేవి: బడుగువారి పట్ల సానుభూతి, కులమతాలకు అతీతంగా మనిషిని చూడడం, ప్రేమ, శాంతి వంటి విలువలు.
Often seen: sympathy for the downtrodden, regarding the person above caste and religion, and values such as love and peace.
గమనికలు Notes
మానవతావాదం ఒక తాత్విక ఉద్యమంగా కూడా ఉంది. తెలుగు సాహిత్యంలో ఇది ఇతివృత్తమా, ఉద్యమమా అనే ప్రశ్నను సరిచూడాలి; ఇక్కడ ఇది విస్తృత ఇతివృత్త దృష్టిగా మాత్రమే చూపబడింది. సామాజిక, దళిత, అభ్యుదయ సాహిత్యాలతో దీనికి అతివ్యాప్తి ఉంది.
Humanism is also a philosophical movement. Whether in Telugu literature it is a theme or a movement is to be checked; here it is shown only as a broad thematic lens. It overlaps with social, Dalit and progressive writing.
