సకర్మక క్రియ అంటే కర్మతో కూడిన క్రియ. పని చేసేవారి నుంచి మరొక దానిపైకి పోతుంది కాబట్టి, ఆ పని దేనిపై పడుతుందో చెప్పే కర్మ వాక్యంలో ఉండాలి.
A sakarmaka kriya is a verb that goes with an object (karma). Because the action passes from the doer to something else, the sentence needs an object that tells on what the action falls.

This is a textbook-level account. Some verbs are used both with and without an object depending on context, and books do not classify such verbs alike (subject to verification). Modern linguists may classify verbs differently.
