నిర్వచనం Definition
Anumatyartham is the verb that gives permission to do something. The speaker says that he agrees to the action or will not object to it. A sentence with this sense is called an anumatyartha sentence.
In Telugu this sense is usually expressed by adding "vachchu" to the root of the verb (vellavachchu) or with words like "ivvu / nivvu" (vellanivvu) (subject to verification).

గమనికలు Notes
A form with "vachchu" can express not only permission but also possibility (atadu ravachchu: it is possible that he will come). Which sense is meant is decided from the sentence. Some books treat permission only as a shade of vidhyartham (subject to verification).
